So , I've tried the whole " 50 sit-ups every night" and play sport , etc and even though i had a strong stomach my six-pack never showed.This article makes alot of sense and is sooo helpful! Especially when it explains about the need to get rid of 'belly fat' in order for the abs to show.

I am a 14 year old boy, I am fit. I wake up I lift 20kg and go down from that to 18,16,15 and then do 50 10's. And repeat this through out the day. I do these on each arm and I also run 1.5miles a day. I do stomach work outs but still not seeing much a toning in my stomach... Can feel the muscles just not showing, I know its because of the fat. I think its my diet... So that is why you will never see progress if I was you I will workout once a day but. Before you workout make sure that you have a glass of 2 raw eggs has this will help. You stretch that fat and will make your body bigger and it will show all you hidden muscle and don't workout everyday I recommend to workout every second day or 3 times a week
hi,im a 12 year old and im in pretty good shape and i am active and i do 100 sit ups a day and i want to se improvement on my abs but i cant see any work i can feel it but cant see it so if anyone out there can help plz do so
Hi b.j. the best thing I can recommend for you and JoshBoi since you guys are still fairly young is to first try and stay away from the refined foods, which your unsure of what those are a simple google search will clear that up for you. They really don't do anything good for you as they are just empty calories. The first part to building muscle is eating healthier. Also try focusing on consuming more complex carbohydrates, which actually help your body to burn fat, which you can find those with a simple google search as well. Another good thing is to focus on eating foods which are higher in protein, which like I mentioned earlier you shouldn't have a problem finding a list online. Lastly, building your abs is like building any other muscle group, you have to give the muscle time to grow. What I mean by this is, in order to build your abs you must not work them out multiple times a day or even daily for that matter. Every other day is more then sufficient. Just try and focus on working them as hard as you can when you do work them out and then give them a day or two off. I assure you if you follow all of these tips then you will surely begin to see results in no time.
Hi friend, sit ups not enough to make abs you will have to do some other exercise like p and d exercises and some yoga also , get more tips from me.
i agree with b.j. because i have been dpoin alot of sit ups nd i work out nd i get muscle but on my penis and it gets longer but i dont get a six pack..i mean wats wrong !!!!! :( 8
