I can do atleast 200 sit ups and I don't have a six pack... Something's wrong...
13. Practically no body fat. Always wanted 6pack and this helped. All you need to do is find a yoga/Pilates mat and do roughly what I did. 30situps, 20pushups, 30leglifts, 20 pushups, 200 bicycle crunches. I did it rite before I went to bed and it helped. And to keep yourself from peaking, on weekends, do it in the morning. Or switch the excercises around or add new ones. Running doesn't hurt either.

Timed sit ups with weights is my trick :)
Hold your situps for 10 seconds at a time with 5-7 pound weights in reps of 10 doing 3 sets.
Even a girl can get a six pack doing this.
I've been eating healthy and doing ab workouts every other day for 2 weeks now and my six pack shows now and is toned.
So , I've tried the whole " 50 sit-ups every night" and play sport , etc and even though i had a strong stomach my six-pack never showed. This article makes alot of sense and is sooo helpful! Especially when it explains about the need to get rid of 'belly fat' in order for the abs to show.
Summer! here I come!!! :D
I work out for a day. I I goot six pacs
I used to have a small 6 pack until I sprained my ankle 4 months ago. so now I have belly fat and it's so hard to get my 6 pack back. i've been running some, and i lost a few pounds so thats on the up side!
